It’s called the LoftCube and damn does it look fresh or what. It’s crazy how they have different prefabricated designs. If you have enough money, you should definitely rock this on your rooftop.

Writing Studio and Library

Andrew Berman created a structure which would be used for studying, listening to music, writing, and reading. This building is really unique and would be perfect for every writer (especially those with occasional ‘writers-block’); the writing studio contains a beautiful view and hangs above the ground.
