Entourage Season 7 Trailer

by a.meshot on May.19, 2010, under Television

“Once you have it all…what next?”

HBO releases the first trailer of “Entourage” season 7 which is premiering June 27 with the episode called “Stunned”. The trailer offers no footage from inside the season but highlights the five alpha males hanging out at sunset with suits on.

In the season premiere, the director of Vince’s latest action film talks his star into doing his own driving stunt, agitating both Eric and Ari. Turtle’s attraction to an underperforming employee named Alex threatens to damage his fledgling carservice business. Ari looks to add to his resume as “the biggest agent in the world” by eying an alliance with the NFL. Worried that his holding deal is about to expire, Drama pressures Lloyd, now his agent, to land him a project.

Jessica Simpson and porn star Sasha Grey are among the celebrity guests this season. The former is playing herself while the latter is taking the role as Vince’s girlfriend. – AceShowbiz

How to Make it in America

by a.meshot on Apr.24, 2010, under Television, Video

How to make it in America? This is the question it seems we all are in search of the answer to. By striving to succeed in life, our goal is to make the most of every opportunity that comes our way. Given the current economic times, a lot of people are struggling just to make ends meet. However, this does not mean that dreams disappear. You must be able to believe in yourself, grind it out, and get through the tough times in life. This show is all about the grind and road to success or in otherwords, the journey.

HBO has recently decided to schedule a second season of How to Make it in America. During its first eight episodes, How to Make It in America accumulated almost 3 million viewers. Similar to the first season, HBO has announced the second season will consist of eight weekly half hour episodes. How to Make it in America should return to the HBO weekly lineup sometime during the summer of 2011. The cast includes: Bryan Greenberg, Victor Rasuk, Lake Bell, and Scott Mescudi…better known as Kid Cudi.

Below is the official video for Aloe Blacc’s single “I Need A Dollar” from the forthcoming album titled Good Things to be released through Stones Throw. This song is also the introduction theme song for How to Make it in America.

Drake – “Over”

by a.meshot on Apr.12, 2010, under Misc, Music, Television, Uncategorized, Video

1st single from Drake off of his debut album titled “Thank Me Later”

I feel like this is a great song and single for Drake and was anxious to see the video after 1st hearing the audio track. I was also curious to see how Drake would follow up his previous video debuts like “Best I Ever Had,” which consisted of beautiful women wearing next to nothing, and creatively lacking depth. The “Best I Ever Had” video left me and others disappointed and wanting more out of Aubrey Drake Graham. In this video, you can tell he did play it safe by displaying a simple yet safe video, not taking any chances or risks in this video.

Kanye is a Magician

by j.delosreyes on Sep.14, 2009, under Misc, Music, Television

Honestly, he pops out of nowhere…and at least he didnt go up there and lie or anything, Beyonce’s video is dope. Whatever he’s still one of my favorite artists in the game, although I wish he was still humble – like back in the ‘College Dropout’ days. Oh well, the VMA’s wouldn’t have been dope without Ye’s interruption.

I woke up early this mornin’ with a new state of mind
A creative way to rhyme without usin’ knives and guns
Keep your nose out the sky, keep your heart to God
And keep your face to the risin’ sun

Michael Joseph Jackson

King of Pop

King of Pop

I’ve been meaning to access a computer all day to post this and pay respect to the King of Pop. It’s quite shocking how MJ died, I’m truly at a loss for words…he has definitely impacted the masses. I just hope that those whom disliked M.Jackson will not see him for his wrongs, but for his rights and what he has accomplished…for his musical ingenuity that has shaped music to what it is now and for his kind spirit/soul that has touched us all. Rest in Peace Michael Joseph Jackson – Safe Travels…
